I hereby agree to hold fully harmless and indemnify the Parade Organizers, Sponsors, their employees, agents, participants and guests from any liability, and property damage, which I, my vessel, or my passengers may cause in any way as a result of my participation in the Parade. LIGHTED NUMBER SIGNS: BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LIGHTED NUMBER SIGNS PROVIDED BY THE PGICA, AND I AGREE TO RETURN THEM IN GOOD WORKING ORDER WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE PARADE.
