Lighted signboards remain property of PGICA, are required to participate, and are provided free of charge. Paraders who damage or fail to return signboards within 30 days of the parade date will be billed $27.00 per each damaged or missing signboard. I hereby understand and agree that my participation in the PGICA Christmas Boat Parade (herein after known as the ”Parade”)is voluntary and at my own risk. I have also read, understand and agree to abide by the rules and guidelines outlined on the website. I hereby certify that there exists boat insurance for property damage and liability, and that I will be required to provide evidence of such insurance before being permitted to participate in the Parade. I hereby agree to hold fully harmless and indemnify the Parade Organizers, Sponsors, their employees, agents, participants and guests from any liability, and property damage, which I, my vessel, or my passengers may cause in any way as a result of my participation in the Parade.
